2020 Holiday Photo Mini-Sessions

Session availability through November. These sessions include time for family photos, kid photos, and the Santa composite shots.

 

Duration: 30 - 40 Minutes

Where: In home studio at 14897 Elsinore Avenue, Parker

​

 

What do I get: 30 - 40 minutes of photo time; up to 3 indoor set choices (There will be one family oriented and two kid oriented. You can choose to do one, two or all, depending upon time.); the Digital Photos professionally edited; the Santa Composite sitting (see description below / additional fee for Santa downloads).

Cost: $250 ($50 deposit required at time of booking through Venmo. Remaining

balance due at the appointment.) If you do not have Venmo, please contact for additional payment options.

2020 Holiday santa composites

​

Since a lot of families won't have the opportunity to see Santa this year, this might be a great alternative for you to get to some holiday pictures.

​

Duration: 15 - 30 Minutes

​

​

Where: In home studio at 14897 Elsinore Avenue, Parker

​

​

What do I get: 15 -30 minutes of photo time; Set-up will depend upon the age of the child and the ability to follow instructions. Babies and older kids will be fine in the photos alone, toddlers may need a parent to be included. There will be NO Santa present at the session. He is added in digitally later.

Cost: $85 ($40 deposit required at time of booking through Venmo. Remaining balance due at the appointment.) If you do not have Venmo, please contact for additional payment options. High resolution photo downloads are $15 each. If you purchase more than one, there is a 20% discount on the downloads with coupon SANTA20.

COVID SAFETY & LOGISTICS

 

Illness: If anyone in your party has had a fever within 72 hours of scheduled session, please DO NOT COME. Contact us about the potential for rescheduling. It is important that the studio stays as germ free as possible for the future sessions after yours. If anyone has symptoms of the flu, stomach bug, common cold, DO NOT COME. If you arrive noticeably sick, Crash Photography will be within its discretion to cancel your session.

Arrival: Please arrive 5 minutes ahead of your appointment time. Once you arrive, text 303-565-6298 to let us know that you are here. Please stay in your car until we are ready for you.

​

COVID Precautions: Once we are ready for you, we will let you know to come to the door. Please have your face mask on (unless you have a child that is too young). Before entering, we will do contactless temperature checks on everyone.  Once inside, everyone will also be asked to wash their hands.

​

Administrative:

• To save time on paperwork, please download, print and sign the Portrait Agreement and bring it with you. If you are unable to do so, we will have paper copies here for you.

• Please pay the remaining balance for your session upon arrival. You may pay with Venmo (@Kimberly-Barb-2) or by check (please make out to Kim Barb (with Crash Photography in the memo line). If you wish to pay with PayPal, we can do that as well, but there is a $5 service fee. Please contact me for details.

 

Belongings: We will have a designated space for you to hang coats and place your belongings.

 

Attire: It is your photo session, so please wear what makes you comfortable, whether that is casual attire, dressy attire, or family pajamas. Also, we will ask you to keep your mask on at all times, except when photos are being taken.

• If you are doing a full mini-session, we would like to ask you to bring pajamas (holiday or not) for your kiddos. We will have a private changing area where you can make the wardrobe swap. 

 

Cleaning: At the end of each session, we will be disinfecting the studio and all high touch surfaces.

Cancellation: 48-hours notice is required or your deposit will be forfeited. However, due to COVID, if you are sick, do not come. There will be no cancellation polity in those instances and your deposit will be returned.
